Common Questions About skyexchange Legal Terms

These questions cover the legal matters our account holders ask about most often — from data rights and cookie controls to dispute timelines and jurisdiction. If your question is not listed here, our compliance team can be reached through the contact paths above.

Your account and any disputes that arise from it are governed by the jurisdiction stated in our terms of service. Access and eligibility depend on local law and are available where local law permits. The governing jurisdiction clause is detailed in Section 12 of our full terms document.

Submit a data-access request to our compliance email with your registered account identifier. We verify your identity first, then compile and deliver your data within 15 business days. The export includes transaction history, session logs and stored KYC documents.

Yes. Once your account is closed and the legally required retention period has passed, you may request permanent deletion. We will confirm deletion of your personal identifiers from live systems and backups, and send you a written confirmation when the process is complete.

Both apply. skyexchange terms govern how the funds are credited to your wallet and how withdrawals are processed. The payment provider's own terms govern the transaction between your bank account and the payment rail. We share only the data each provider requires to process the transfer.

When you close your account, we deactivate it immediately and stop all marketing communications. We retain your data only for the minimum period required under applicable Indian law. After that period, personal identifiers are permanently deleted from our systems and backup archives.

First-level disputes are reviewed within 48 business hours. If escalation is needed, the legal team picks up the case within 72 hours of escalation. We aim to reach a resolution and communicate the outcome to you within 10 business days of receiving all relevant account details.

We notify you by email and through an in-account notice at least 14 days before any material change takes effect. Changes do not apply retroactively to your existing balance or pending transactions. Continuing to use your account after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
